The thinking behind the tiers
Grant Watcher is free forever because seeing the market should cost nothing. The live federal feed (GrantConnect, including the rounds agencies have signalled ahead), basic matching and the weekly digest are enough to learn whether grant funding is real for your organisation before you spend a dollar. Queensland Grants Finder rounds join at Grant Seeker.
Grant Seeker ($49 a month + GST, $53.90 inc. GST) is the full working product without the AI: itemised scores on every round, application workspaces, the eligibility checklist, deadline alerts and the Evidence Library. It is for organisations that want the pipeline organised and the eligibility check before the writing hours.
Grant Pro ($199 a month + GST, $218.90 inc. GST) adds the AI: guideline deep reads, eligibility row proposals, drafting in grant voice and Ask the pack, each with a stated monthly allowance. A grant writer charges $700 to $2,000 per application; Grant Pro carries every round you chase for one monthly price, with your judgement on top.
Straight answers
- Is GST included? Prices are shown ex GST, because for a GST-registered organisation the ex-GST figure is the real cost. The GST-inclusive total sits beside every price, checkout shows the GST as its own line, and your invoice itemises it.
- Lock-in? None. Month to month, cancel from your billing portal any time, access runs to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds? Cancel any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then simply does not renew: cancel mid-month and the tier runs to the end of that month; cancel on annual billing and it runs to the end of the paid year. We do not refund part-way through a paid period.
- What happens when I use my month's AI allowance? The buttons show a running count, and when it's spent they say so. Nothing fails silently, and the counter resets on the 1st.
- What happens if I downgrade? Saved rounds survive plan changes; a downgrade locks the workspace, never deletes the record.
