2 · We match every round
Every live round from GrantConnect and the Queensland Grants Finder is scored against your profile, with the reasoning itemised line by line. A score states fit against your profile - it is never a funding probability. New arrivals land in your daily digest, and instant email fires when a strong match appears.
3 · Check eligibility before writing
Save a round and its workspace opens with the eligibility check first: upload the guidelines and Helm surfaces the who-may-apply rows for you to verdict one by one. Helm never asserts you are eligible - the guidelines' own rules are quoted and the verdicts stay yours. Ineligible applications are the sector's classic wasted fortnight; this step exists so you never spend one.
4 · Draft with the AI, in grant voice (Grant Pro)
- Guideline deep reads: the round's stated funding facts, each with a verbatim quote and source document.
- Drafting in project-narrative voice from your profile, the guidelines, your Evidence Library and approved answers only - gaps become [CONFIRM] markers, never invented facts.
