Where the data comes from. Eight live feeds from the portals' public listings: AusTender, GrantConnect and VendorPanel councils are checked every two hours; QTenders, QBuild eTender, NT Tenders Online, BuyICT and Brisbane City Council refresh daily. Sunshine Coast Council's live tenders arrive through the VendorPanel feed. A small number of older council records are samples, labelled in-app. Helm indexes public notification details and always links to the source portal. Tender documents and applications live there.
